Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting CreatiKnit. I want you to feel confident and excited about every pattern and product you receive. Because all items sold in my shop are digital downloads, the following refund policy applies:

đź“Ś Digital Products (Patterns, Tutorials, Printables)

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

Once you purchase and receive a downloadable file, you permanently own it — so I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Knitting or crochet patterns
  • Digital guides or tutorials
  • Printable files
  • PDF downloads
  • Bundles or collections

đź“Ś Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Refunds may be considered if:

  • You accidentally purchased the same pattern twice under the same email
  • There is a technical issue preventing access to your files
  • A file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened

Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to:

  • Use my characters, illustrations, or brand imagery commercially
