…from any Site content without explicit written permission.

This includes ALL CreatiKnit™ gnome characters, the signature pink glowing yarn orb, branding images, and all custom artwork.

3. Permitted Personal Use

You may view content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Purchasing a digital pattern grants ONE license for individual personal use.
You may not share, email, upload, or distribute the pattern file or instructions.

4. Digital Product License

All digital products sold on this Site (patterns, PDFs, guides, tutorials) are protected under strict copyright.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • You may create finished items for personal use or gifts.
  • You may not sell finished items made from CreatiKnit™ patterns without written permission.
  • You may not redistribute or share the digital files.
  • You may not upload the files to any website, group, or social media.

Anyone found redistributing CreatiKnit™ patterns will be permanently banned from purchasing future products and may face legal action.

5. No AI Training or Machine Learning Use

All content, artwork, and patterns are explicitly withheld from being used in:

  • AI training
  • Model fine-tuning
  • Neural networks
  • Dataset creation
  • Generated derivatives

Any such use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the Site
  • Use the Site for illegal purposes
  • Harvest emails or personal data
  • Post spam, abusive comments, or harmful content

I reserve the right to block or remove any user at my discretion.
